Deborah Tatum Gilmore, ABR, GREEN, GRI, PMN, SRES, specializes in residential sales with Harry Norman REALTORS®, serving the Atlanta and Marietta, GA, areas. She has been practicing real estate for 16 years and has been a Women's Council member since 1991. A member of the Cobb County Chapter, Deborah has served as local and state chapter president, two years as governor and 2003 regional vice president. She has been consistently involved with her local association, Cobb Association of REALTORS®, having the opportunity to serve as director, three years as education chair and 2002 president, and she was honored as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year.
Deborah was instrumental in establishing her local association as one of four schools licensed in the state to provided REBAC/NAR courses. She also had the opportunity to serve on the Marietta City Council’s Panel on Affordable Housing. Nationally, Deborah has served on the Women's Council committees of Executive, Chapter Effectiveness, Business Trends & Issues, Finance & Budget, Leadership Development and Chapter Standards. She has served five times as an instructor for the
Leadership
Academy and has also served as a workshop facilitator and state orientation facilitator for Women's Council. Deborah teaches for REBAC and the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and is presently developing courses for her own school.
Deborah has a love of books and the arts, especially interior design. She is originally from Chicago, by way of
Chattanooga, TN , and has been married to husband Tony for 31 years. Their son, Adrian, is a real estate attorney in
Wyoming.
