Karen Devonshire has been in the real estate industry since 1983. Although she began her career in the title insurance industry where she stayed for over ten years, she is currently the Senior Marketing Representative for Morris|Hardwick|Schneider. She was one of the early members of the Association of Professional Mortgage Women and remains extremely active in the Metro South Board of Realtors serving on the Community Services Committee as well as the Education Committee. She has served as the Membership Chair for Affiliate members and served on the Sponsorship Committee for the Metro South Women’s Council of Realtors, she is currently the Secretary. Karen, who lives at Lake Spivey, has her roots on the Southside and enjoys working with not only the clients of the firm but is also extremely active in community events through the activities of her three busy children. When Karen is not working on an industry event or with the valued clients of Morris|Hardwick|Schneider, she can be found traveling, she is very fond of cruises, or spending the summer on water skies. Karen is a fine example of the old saying, “if you want to get something done, give it to a busy woman”.
